Some folks use the calendar, some wait for rodents, some think that winter doesn’t end until the bears come out of their dens. I generally at least wait until the snow has completely melted. If you are looking for signs that winter has ended, here is one -Steve Winkler of SeaTow Boston reported on Facebook that he completing his first tow of the year. A MARB no less.
