Water Cop explains his job.

Fairfield is in Connecticut, which is pretty far from Orange Co California…

“We tow 40-45 boats during the boating season, for multiple reasons… out of gas, dead battery, prop hit the rocks, motor is not working properly… That’s the bulk of our existance, really, is doing boat tows.”

Gosh, I think he pretty well covered it. No further comments from me.
